Please order only if you intend to receive it
Every COD dispatch is packed and recorded before it leaves us. Orders that are confirmed but repeatedly refused or returned undelivered may be flagged, and the contact number may be added to shared RTO-risk databases used across couriers and merchants — which can limit COD availability on future orders, here and elsewhere.

1. Shipping Policy
- Coverage: We proudly offer Standard Shipping across Pan India.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered according to standard courier timelines based on your location. You will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment once it leaves our facility.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, Eraya Living does not offer general returns or monetary refunds. All sales are final.
However, we understand that transit damages can occasionally occur. In such cases, we offer a strict Replacement-Only policy for products that arrive damaged.
3. Damage Replacement Policy & Unboxing Video Rule
If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it with a brand-new product. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof of damage.
We cannot process any replacement requests without a valid unboxing video.
Requirements for the Unboxing Video:
- Start with a Sealed Box: The video must begin by clearly showing the shipping package intact and fully sealed in its original packaging.
- Continuous Footage: The video must be a single, continuous, and unedited clip showing the opening of the sealed box and the removal of the product.
- Show the Damage: If the product is damaged, the damage must be clearly shown and highlighted on camera during the initial unboxing.
Note: Claims made with edited videos, videos started after the box has been opened, or photos without an accompanying unboxing video will unfortunately be rejected.
4. How to Claim a Replacement
If you have received a damaged product and have your unboxing video ready, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, Contact Information, and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach Proof: Attach the uncut unboxing video demonstrating the damage. (If the file is too large, you may share a link to a cloud drive like Google Drive).
- Verification & Dispatch: Once our team reviews the video and approves your claim, we will immediately initiate the dispatch of your brand-new replacement product at no additional cost to you.
